Women's Strength Class

Our women’s only strength training classes at ZeroW Sunshine Coast are designed for those who want to build real strength, improve confidence in the gym, and train with structure, without the intimidation of a large commercial gym.

These small group sessions (max of 6 per class) combine the benefits of personal training with the energy of a supportive, like-minded environment. Every session is coach-led, ensuring you’re not just working hard, but training properly with the right technique, progression, and intent.

3 x 45-minute coached strength sessions per week

Train three times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri - 9am) in coach-led sessions designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency.
